Luciana Niven an independent corporate educator has extensive experience in the fields of learning and development, entrepreneurship and innovation, change management. For more than 20 years she has worked in international organizations, multinational companies, non- profit organizations and educational institutions in Europe and Asia.

Luciana holds an MBA and various educational qualifications, has managed companies and educational facilities before becoming an independent global consultant. She leads programmes for multinationals and internationals worldwide. Luciana works independently and in partnership with various professional institutions and institutes and companies to develop managers, individuals and companies in a range of soft skills -leadership, innovation, communication, ethics and governance.

She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators.

As a Facilitator, Luciana mentors clients to become more dynamic , congruent and effective communicators developing their potential and ability to influence others positively and create powerful partnerships. She does this by requiring clients to use their knowledge, experience and higher level thinking skills counter-positioned with ‘learning diamonds’ from  a range of methodologies, blended with brain friendly strategies for high impact, high quality accelerated deep learning.
